These joints are a retro of an original XI colorway. This particular pair of Air Jordan 11 Bred came as part of a countdown pack that also included a pair of 12s.
Black and red Jordans! There is no easier pair of shoes to match. The easiest look with these is a blackout fit with white and/or red accents/accessories. These work with light wash denim too! You can basically throw on almost anything and it should look ok with this colorway.
The Bred colorway is a great investment for AJXI fans, as the shoes age the best of any XI. The red outsole guarantees a lack of yellowing and the black uppers look great and are easy to clean. I have one OG pair, this pair and the 2012 retro, so you can say I’m definitely a fan!
Materials
The construction and materials on these are similar to other Air Jordan 11’s with the mesh and patent upper and a translucent sole. The quality is decent on these, with the mesh being nice and thick although the cut of the patent differs from the original release.
How Do They Fit?
The Air Jordan 11 Bred (CDP) fits true to size. These are somewhat comfortable although there are definitely more comfy J’s out there. The materials used give the shoe a bit of a snug feel around the toebox area which is why many people size up on 11s. Also, the more current retros seem snugger than older pairs.
